Really well constructed
The only thing I would say, is to go up 1 size as they are very tight on the measurements. And obviously no movement in the belt ☺️

Good quality item
Picked this up for my son for a tug of war competition it really helped give extra support. It’s very stiff when new but supples up with use.

Works great
Bought this a few weeks ago and it works well. Has definitely helped me. I would definitely recommend going up a size though! I wear size 30 waist and went for the large size belt which fits very well about mid range of the buckle holes. I believe medium size would have been too small.

Far too small
I should have listened to all the other reviews that said this was too small. I take a 36” trouser but the product advises you measure at your belly button which I’m 32” and I couldn’t even get the two ends of the belt to meet let alone fasten it. I bought one from another site that’s two sizes bigger (XXL) and that fits fine

I'm 34 waist and find this belt too small. I struggle to take large breathes when squatting and cannot use on deadlift
