Still working. Looks smart and very clear to read, except for the date which is a little small. Love the light switch on the winder button. Love the strap too.
Very good value
I needed a watch quickly and this was the only one with the strap that I liked easy to get on and off
Trustworthy cheap watch
This is the third Timex expedition that I have had. These watches are tough, they go well. I like the backlit face so that I can check the time at night. They are easy to read and have sweep second hand. They last perhaps 5-6 years with constant use and being worn in showers and swimming and washing up. The straps usually give out but are replaceable. Eventually after battery changes they lose their waterproofness and die, but I reckon that at the price they are good value.
Your Perpetual Calendar watch accurately keeps track of how many days are in each month. It also adjusts for leap years. The date on your watch (including the month and year) was preset at the factory to Eastern Standard Time, Greenwich Mean Time or Hong Kong Standard Time (depending on where you purchased your watch). You only need to adjust the time.

To change the date on this model you need to pull the winder into the middle position so the hands do not move and then wind anticlockwise or clockwise until the correct date shows. Once set push the winder back in and all is set.
