I have used it a few times. The dough is picked up right to the base and doesn't leave any at the bottom. The noise level is quite low as well.

Wanted this to make pavlova but after reading instructions and it says to switch off for 20 mins after using for 10mins and the whisk not reaching the bottom of the bowl decided to take back unused as won't work for what I want it for. Looks nice and well built, so if you just want to make cakes and bread it will be fine.
