Does a good job
Great for making smoothies, which is why I bought it. Quite noisy in operation, but as you usually only use it for a minute or two that's not a problem. Instructions not very clear, but it's not rocket science.

Two speed blender for daily use
Was bought in rush as one I got was packed up suddenly. This is with only two speed which I didn’t know when I bought it in a hurry. If I knew I would have buy something with 3 speed but this is working fine and smoothly. Therefore I’ll stick with this and hopefully will last longer.

I used the blender for crushing ice to make pina colarda, pain killers and various other cocktail. Think this blender is prefect for mixing to the right consistency. Holds enough mixture to make a few cocktails. The ergonomic shape is easy to handle and store.

Easy to store doesn’t take up too much room.
I am yet to have used the blender. I purchased because it’s glass instead of plastic… the bottom motor looks/feels fairly cheap compared to what I was used to before but as long as it blends well that doesn’t bother me.

No, this is not true. The blade is housed in a white plastic casing. Is does not say its even BPA free. I will be returning it as I hoped it was plastic free

Unscrew the outer ring to separate the blade assembly (some models require turning the measuring cap counter-clockwise). Wash the jug, lid, and blade assembly with warm, soapy water or in the dishwasher. Handle the blades with care.

“ We do not recommend using honey only with no liquid, as it might form a solid and sticky mix. The blades must be helped with liquid to move freely and to not put pressure on the motor. It is also not recommended while using the mill function. ”

The blender jug does not lock, the weight of the glass jug holds it in place, but it has to be fitted correctly to the base as the slots only mesh into the base at certain positions and will wobble if not fitted correctly. Twisting the glass jug, with the white plastic crown fitted clockwise when it is in the motor base, tightens up the plastic crown on to the jug. To remove the white crown from the jug if it is too tight, place the jug and crown into the motor base and turn it anticlockwise.
