Clumsy design - avoid it if you can
The extra openings on the lid make the content splash out. I wish I realise this problem before I purchased it. I would not buy this if I had known this happens. These openings are a bit like having an ashtray on a motorbike.... Makes it clumsy to use.

Great for making smoothies, which is why I bought it. Quite noisy in operation, but as you usually only use it for a minute or two that's not a problem. Instructions not very clear, but it's not rocket science.

Two speed blender for daily use
Was bought in rush as one I got was packed up suddenly. This is with only two speed which I didn’t know when I bought it in a hurry. If I knew I would have buy something with 3 speed but this is working fine and smoothly. Therefore I’ll stick with this and hopefully will last longer.

My previous one was too large but this is the right size! Don't be deceived by the pics, it's sturdy and very well made! Love the heavy duty glass jug and blends frozen fruit well for my smoothies. Worth every penny

No, this is not true. The blade is housed in a white plastic casing. Is does not say its even BPA free. I will be returning it as I hoped it was plastic free

Unscrew the outer ring to separate the blade assembly (some models require turning the measuring cap counter-clockwise). Wash the jug, lid, and blade assembly with warm, soapy water or in the dishwasher. Handle the blades with care.

“ We do not recommend using honey only with no liquid, as it might form a solid and sticky mix. The blades must be helped with liquid to move freely and to not put pressure on the motor. It is also not recommended while using the mill function. ”
