The Jay-Be Rollaway Folding Bed with Memory Mattress gives you a proper guest bed that stores away neatly when it's not needed. It's built for overnight visitors, sleepovers or extra sleeping space without keeping a full-size bed set up year-round. The Memory e-Fibre mattress sits on a supportive Mono-Tex platform base, offering pressure relief and breathable comfort through the night. There's a headboard to rest pillows against, so it feels like a real bed rather than a makeshift solution. It folds down compactly for storage in cupboards or spare corners.
The 360-degree locking castors let you wheel it from room to room easily, then lock securely in place alongside the J-Grip legs for stable support during use. The galvanised steel frame handles up to 160kg and has plastic feet on all legs to protect your floors. Minimal assembly required, one person can set it up. Made in the UK with a lifetime frame guarantee and one year on the mattress.

Surprisingly comfortable.
For a fold-up bed this was surprisingly comfortable. I did not have the memory foam mattress as described above but, a pocketed micro spring mattress, The mattress was only just about wide enough and could have benefitted from being two or three inches wider. The bed was easy to unfold and refold back up when it was finished with. Two or three nights on it are enough. Anymore and it would become less comfortable. The only downside to the bed is the use of plastic fittings to join th steel components together. To me, this is a future weak point and is a quality issue.

Bought this to use on a nightly basis as need a folding option , This suited me fin n the memory foam mattress is comfortable , I upgraded the locking arm to straps on the fold so the bed is now foldable with a quilt and pillow otherwise you would have to remove the quilt every time before stowage. happy with my purchase and its quality.

"Due to the size of the mattress on a Jaybe folding bed not being standard size we recommend flat sheets"
They add this further info:
"For the Single Rollaway a single flat sheet is recommending as not standard single size".
