Too thick
I bought this pullow to help with my neck and back pain but this pillow is only good for side sleepers. Obviously no one only sleeps on their side.

Absolutely not good for neck pain. I bought this specifically as I was having neck pain but it caused me to have a pinched nerve with excruciating pain going all the way down my arm. Do NOT buy if you have any existing neck issues as it just exacerbates your symptoms!
