Works very well, quality, Can feel that it's not the quality of the original xbox controller BUT it's still very high quality, comfortable and durable so far - and with the added customisable rear buttons, that immediately knocks off about £40 off the price. Cable length is sufficient. Buy it for the price, quality, customizable rear buttons.
