Great product but software let's it down
Boxed and made beautifully ,it comes across as a great product .....but once installed you'll see it needs better software ,for example there's a massive delay in notifications,the camera isn't great quality,the zones aren't accurate so you constantly get notifications when you don't need them for example a car goes past but not someone stood on your drive ? The camera zooms right in when someone presses the bell so you cant see who's there but when it's set up to view normally it's in the perfect position to see ....so a quality product but is desperate for an update in my opinion it's just dead glitchy

The Yale Smart Video Doorbell and Chime allows you to setup the doorbell to whatever parameters you decide.
For example: only record when motion is detected or record 24/7 etc etc, through the Yale App.

From the information we have available, I can advise the Yale Smart Video Doorbell and Chime is not compatible with 5GHz Wi-Fi networks. It only works with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.

I returned mine as there were no proper installation instructions, I purchased a Eufy system instead, IMHO a better product and that works over the wifi perfectly.
