Not as good as my previous Bosch washing machine
Bought as a replacement for a Bosch Exxcel washing machine which had served us well for over 20 years. Washes on the new machine take considerably longer (over 3 hours in many cases) unless speed perfect is selected. Clothes are coming out after washing far more tangled and creased than they did from the older machine despite being careful not to exceed the maximum load, choosing the optimum programme and reducing the spin speed. There is also a limited number of 30 deg programmes. On the plus side the machine is quiet and washes well.

The machine arrived damaged by the carriers. The door was taped on as the bolts on the hinge were stripped of thread. Couldn't wait for a replacement so fixed by myself
