Good video quality and AI detection, but push notifications are delayed by 3-5 seconds when detecting people or vehicles. This serious affects realtime security. Also, there is no option to configure WiFi (5GHz) connection to Homebase 3. Software needs improvement.

Great indoor Camera
I purchased this camera to supplement previously purchased Eufy outdoor cameras. Very easy to add to the App and the 4k quality is exceptionally good. The camera pans and tilts to allow all corners of the room to be seen. I would highly recommend this camera over cheaper alternatives on the market.

Great picture and avoid cloud storage fees
I bought 3 of these brilliant little cameras for my house and found them easy to set up and use. I also bought the eufy Homebase S380 (Homebase 3) external storage device which then links in to all 3 cameras and provides some AI features (such as face recognition) and supports storage of footage on this rather than on the cameras themselves (which could be trashed by burglars). I have hidden the Homebase (it wifi connects to my router) so that the footage of any intruders is virtually as safe as cloud storage would be (and no monthly charge!). Everything works great but I've had to disable noise detection on 2 of the cameras to stop them regular panning around even when not in "armed" mode - this seems to be a known bug.

states it has 3x zoom, but you cant use this whilst recording, only whilst viewing, as soon as you leave the app it returns to 1x and recenters. Using the web browser to view the camera disconnects every few minutes. (which is why I threw my ring security camera) states it has 128GB memory, it doesn't, you have to add a memory card.
