Poor quality build
The real product did not reflected the expectation of quality expected. The image online makes it look valid for the price but it is not. I turned it back as for the same price you can get much better products.

Good item at reasonable price
We got this for nearly a month and I am still very happy to choose it. Very good price! Although if the design could be improved a bit to support the child's neck when s/he sleep, it would make it perfect.

Exactly what we needed
Bought a month ago as needed a cost effective seat for a growing boy who has outgrown his previous one. Settles on this seat and I couldn’t recommend more. Good isofix fitting, nice seatbelt clip which keeps the belt in place unlike other seats I have used. Comfortable for the boy and light to move around. Also reclines for more comfortable position when needed!

The car seat moved considerably in all directions, despite being fastened with isofix and the seat belt. It did not feel safe. Argos were fantastic at refunding with no quibbles.

Hi there
The Harmony Insight Isofix Car Booster Seat, has a Yellow bar at the front of the seat which can be pulled to allow the seat to recline to desired position.
A full instruction manual does come with the car seat.

The supplier has advised the following for the Harmony Insight Isofix Car Booster Seat:
“Since this is a belt-positioning booster seat, the vehicle's 3-point seatbelt is the only mechanism securing both the child and the booster to the vehicle—there are no harness straps involved. The Isofix system is only designed to keep the booster from moving around when not in use and does not play a role in safety. The safety entirely relies on the vehicle's 3-point seatbelt.”
"The primary safety of the seat comes from the use of the vehicle's 3-point lap and shoulder seat belt, which secures both the booster seat and the child".
With regards to the positioning of the seat, they confirm: “Regardless of the position in which they install the booster seat, the vehicle's 3-point seatbelt must always be used. Isofix is optional.”
So you could use it with or without Isofix depending on your requirements.

“ To ensure we cover all bases, we've provided a few extra dimensions since we're not entirely certain if the customer is inquiring about their child fitting inside the seat or for installation purposes.
Headrest:
Inside width: 20cm
Outside width: 36cm
Base:
Inside width: 32cm
Outside width: 41cm
Additionally, the widest part of the entire seat would be the backrest "wings," measuring 50cm from the outside. ”

Hi Lance, the Harmony InSight Deluxe i-Size Booster Car Seat is compatible with a Range Rover Velar provided that the vehicles back seat is equipped with a 3-point lap-and-shoulder seat belt and Isofix anchors for Isofix installation. Thank you for your question.

I can however advise that the Harmony InSight Deluxe I-size Booster Car Seat with Isofix, is ECE R129 compliant for children 100-150cm. Also, Seat attachment method: 3 point seat belt. Integrated ISOFIX.
