This contains 222 accessories. Not all of them are drill bits though, some are things like sanding discs etc.
We cannot confirm exactly without knowing more about your drill, e.g. brand, age, model, etc. but it is a universal fitment for use on all the major brands (1/8-inch (3.2mm) shank designed to work with most major rotary tool brands).

This set does not include 22 mm diamond discs. It only contains fiberglass cutting discs, which are not suitable for tile cutting.
