It's easy to extend your hospitality with Callan. This smart dining table goes from a 4-seater to a 6-seater in a jiffy. Just pull both ends apart and the central butterfly extension unfolds and slots neatly in place. It looks inviting too. With a rich walnut veneer top and solid wood legs.

Great Argos service.
I bought this item 2 weeks ago. It's a perfectly fine table but, after a few days I realised it didn't suit my room. I rang Argos, spoke to Nic, who arranged return. A week later the Argos van collected it and I had an email for a full refund. I'm not usually a returner so very impressed with Argos staff. Thank you.

This table top is made of a natural wood veneer with few layers of coating. So, if the drink is too hot, it would be best if you place it on a mat or coaster. It'll be OK if you did spill liquid on it, but you'd still need to remove it quickly as, if it's left on there longer, then there is a risk of damage.

Habitat Callan Extending Wood Veneer 4-6 Seater Dining Table:
When unextended the Internal size between table legs is L143cms. The dining table is designed to seat 4 people comfortably—2 on each side.
Once extended to 189.5 cm, it becomes a 6-seater, accommodating 2 chairs on each side and 1 at each end. The leg spacing and comfort zone make it best suited as a 4–6 seater, not a 6–8.
