Not Impressed - Average Quality
This wardrobe was purchased using a 20% discount code which softened the blow somewhat to what follows. Delivery was prompt and punctual. Upon opening the packaging it was noticed that the top faux oak plinth had a small dent on the front corner (see picture 1). It had clearly been packed this way as the chunky polystyrene protection showed no signs of impact. As the wardrobe was needed for visiting guests that weekend we decided to assemble. The thickness and paint quality of the panels are as to be expected at this price point. Unfortunately the panels that are inside the wardrobe are of very poor finish and have sharp edges (see pics 2 & 3) At the discounted price of £200 it is just about acceptable. Had I paid full price it would have been returned. In hindsight I should have paid a visit to the Blue & Yellow Swedish furniture store - Lesson learnt.

We purchased this wardrobe 3 weeks ago now, there is edging veneer missing from from one side of the wardrobe, and half the back panel is missing. Contacted customer services twice, but as yet no reply.

“ All the end panels are 15mm thick. Note that the plinths & top extend beyond the end panels at the side so if you stand 2 units together the side plinths and top will touch but not the end panels. ”

I have checked and the manufacturer has said We cannot recommend that the unit is painted as the surface finish of the board is a resistant surface and anything applied to it will have to key to the surface. It will of course invalidate any guarantees or warranties on the product.
