[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who spends 7+ hours per shift on my feet in high heels this has become an absolute essential after my shift.Years ago I tore my meniscus and spent six months on crutches.I chose to skip surgery but I’ve dealt with lingering aches ever since.This device provides a level of relief I wasn’t expecting.The combination of heated massage and air compression makes my legs feel incredibly light...it’s like a reboot for my circulation.​Has so many settings,from 4 aircompression programs to 3 levels of heat to 5 intensity settings,it's highly customisable to individual needs.I even noticed that it temporarily deflated a varicose vein near my inner knee.While the effect is temporary the reduction in pressure and heaviness is undeniable.The brain of the unit is a removable pod.I love that I can buy the hand or foot wrap later without paying for another controller.Being battery operated is a huge win because i’m not tethered to a wall socket...I can sit comfortably on my sofa or move around the house while it works.It heats up amazingly well and feels incredibly soothing.I also noticed that once you turn the heat off it cools down very fast which is great if you start feeling a bit too warm and want to switch back to just compression.Once the air chambers start inflating the wrap stays firmly in place without sliding down,however It can be a bit fiddly to attach comfortably at first.I found that bending my knee slightly while strapping it on helps get a better fit.This is so worth it I'm over the moon to have this.

I'm really happy with this product, it's like someone knew exactly what I needed.I like that it provides gentle warmth while it works, not too much, just the right amount.It inflates at the top and bottom, either alternately or at the same time, which helps improve blood circulation.It also has multiple modes and you can adjust the intensity. The controller easily clicked in and out, with one motion. It's very easy to charge useing the USB cable. When folded, it takes up very little space, making it ideal for travel as well Overall, I highly recommend it to everyone.

Overall good product for every day use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great for every day knee soreness, the air compression and heat feels soothing. Simple to use, bit bulky but great for mild discomfort. Battery life is great.

Works Welll!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having been using this for a short while now I am starting to feel some benefit! The unit is quite bulky but does fold up small and the battery isn't to heavy which means its easy enough to nip in a bag when on holidays etc. When wearing the massager it doesn't feel like it is doing a lot other than a light massage, with a similar pressure feeling you would get from a blood pressure monitor, but after using I do feel the benefits coming through! The other key things I noticed are that straps are good and I do feel these will be universal to fit any size, plus due to the material it seems pretty wipeable to keep clean which is always ideal!

Disappointed

I have osteoarthritis in my knees & so far I am a bit disappointed with this product. Firstly, I don’t really feel any therapeutic benefit while I’m using it. I don’t think what you are getting is quite a ‘massage’ as such. Secondly, & I’ve read this in another review, the full 5 hour charge yields only about 1 hour of use, not the 5 hours claimed on the ads. I was so hoping that this would provide some relief for me, as the condition is really getting me down.

Good results but needs better battery life.

Nice and comfortable a certainly helps with my knee pain, I am very dissapointed at the battery which runs out very fast, having to recharge after every use is very frustrating.

So far so good for arthritis

I have been using this for a week now and at first I thought “really?” But I can honestly feel the difference! It doesn’t feel like it’s doing much, just squeezing one part then the other like a blood pressure strap, but it’s making a difference with my arthritis so big thumbs up from me.

Heating element doesn’t work!

I have recently had a knee replacement and thus was recommended to buy by my physiotherapist. It has deff helped with circulation and relieving some pain but unfortunately the heating element of the pack doesn’t work! Emails sent to Homedic but have gone unanswered!
