The four loops have no strength, can’t help to do any exercise, I have refunded it.

Bought these about a month ago and they are really not worth the money. The loops are too short and they don’t seem to be that resistant (maybe I am too strong! 🤣) Would personally shop around for better quality ones.

Having just purchaed these i can say that folded flat they are all 25cm each so each is 50cm circumference and each is approx 5cm width
