After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the RDX Dipping Belt: ''Kindly note that the size of the dipping belt is 32 inches and you can use a 32-inch dipping belt with a 30-inch waist.''

The diameter of the belt is 112cm i.e 44 inches. It is adjustable.

You just wrap the chain round the weight plate a few times, same with all weight belts hope this helps.
