Happy with these

No issues, these work well. I use them to listen to podcasts and make calls. Mic boom is great, as it removes the surrounding sounds (compared to earbuds with no boom, which picks up any and all surrounding sounds). They are a little bulkier than the basic jlab earbuds so a little more prone to slipping for me. The tapping commands work well. Overall happy with this purchase.

Lightweight and a great option

These are a pretty good option for home working, it’s compact compared to the style I’ve used in the past which makes them so lightweight, so huge plus for me. The battery life is good as well and the quality is good. I think there’s room for improvement on the quality but actually if you weigh up the size, cost and battery it’s a great option. Would recommend these.

Comfortable and easy to setup

Very easy and quick to set up and start using with my smartphone. Charged quickly. Sound quality is excellent . Fit well in ear. The storage case for the buds is sturdy so they should be well protected. Very impressed. I am amazed with sound cancellations.definitely recommend this to my friends and bought one for my husband, he absolutely loved it.

Another exellent product from JLAB

What a brilliant pair of ear buds. I’ve never used ear buds before, previously using standard headphones, then a couple of years ago I moved to bone-conducting headphones. Switching to these JLAB Work Buds was a no-brainer for me, I own several other JLAB products and I’ve always been impressed with their quality, and the ear buds are no different. From opening the box, you get a feel of the quality, and attention to detail they have put into their product. The charging bud-case is neat, and feels quality. I really like the lid is magnetic, and attaches firmly, it’s a nice feature. The buds themselves are also magnetically held in the case, and snap into position with no effort. It’s a very tactile-feel, you find yourself taking them and putting them back again several times, just because they feel smart. Both the charger and the buds come partially charged, so you can get using them straight away if you want to, I chose to fully charge them first, the Work Buds come with a USB C charger cable, but no plug, which may be a consideration to some consumers, but I have multiple chargers from other devices, so it really wasn’t a problem to me. The Work Buds come with replacement rubber earbuds, but also come with a set already installed ready to go. JLAB provide a quick start guide, which is simple to read and has clear diagrams. The Work Buds only have two buttons, one on each ear, once you get used to the functionality, they are easy to operate, it doesn’t take long to get familiar with the process. The microphone stalk can be added and removed as required, I especially like it is kept secure in the charger box when not needed. It can be attached to either the left or right bud, depending on your preference, with grommets provided to cover the microphone socket on the ear buds when not affixed. I thought the microphone stalk would cause the ear buds to fall out of my ears when it was attached, but it’s actually very well balanced and has very little weight, so I can’t say it ever felt insecure. Sound quality is excellent. The range from deep bass to the high pitched notes is all excellent, and far better than I expected for such small devices, the battery duration is also excellent, I used the buds all day for work, with them blue toothed to my PC, both in meetings and in between listening to my music, I was impressed the charge lasted all day, and the Work Buds were comfortable despite wearing them for around 9 hours. I was also amazed at the sound cancellation, the buds fit my ears perfectly, resulting in background noise not getting through at all. Would I recommend these? Yes, absolutely! I’ve bought a set for my wife too, they really are brilliant.

Comfortable and great, clear audio

These earbuds are a great alternative to the usual over the head ear phones set which always make my ears ache after extended use. These Jabra’s don’t squash or overheat yours ears, with a comfortable, snug fit (multiple ear bud shapers and cushions included in the box, so you can adapt the fit to suit). I found the Bluetooth connected to my laptop quickly, so can choose these Jabras in the audio settings on any call, to use these as my audio source. Very clear and easy to use with one touch control on the side of each earbud. The mini boom mic is a great idea and helps with the voice clarity on the call (to be honest, works equally well without it too). The storage case is useful too, as charges the bugs when not in use, plus keeps them from getting damaged when you’re out on the move

Almost useless

These look very well made but unfortunately I couldn't get them to stay in my ears. They fell out almost straight away each time and were very uncomfortable. It didn't help that the left and right buds are incorrectly marked. For the small amount of time they stayed in, speaking was clear but music was very tinny. The case is very sturdy and magnetic which is a nice feature but it's also very bulky and heavy for what it is.
