Great for WFH
I work from home, so not so worried about extreme noise cancelling. I wanted a budget and lightweight option that I can use for long hours on calls without worrying about charging. I don't think anything else beats this for the use case. if you go outside a lot, noise cancelling on mic and speaker could be better. the sound is a bit flat for music.

Good for work calls
I bought this to replace my JLAB work headset. The old one broke while travelling. This new one is great with the detachable boom mic. Use either side, good connectivity. The charging case is handy. fits great once I worked out which rubber earpiece works for me. Stays in place all the time, doesn't fall out. I have recommended this product to all my other colleagues.

Happy with these
No issues, these work well. I use them to listen to podcasts and make calls. Mic boom is great, as it removes the surrounding sounds (compared to earbuds with no boom, which picks up any and all surrounding sounds). They are a little bulkier than the basic jlab earbuds so a little more prone to slipping for me. The tapping commands work well. Overall happy with this purchase.

Lightweight and a great option
These are a pretty good option for home working, it’s compact compared to the style I’ve used in the past which makes them so lightweight, so huge plus for me. The battery life is good as well and the quality is good. I think there’s room for improvement on the quality but actually if you weigh up the size, cost and battery it’s a great option. Would recommend these.

Comfortable and easy to setup
Very easy and quick to set up and start using with my smartphone. Charged quickly. Sound quality is excellent . Fit well in ear. The storage case for the buds is sturdy so they should be well protected. Very impressed. I am amazed with sound cancellations.definitely recommend this to my friends and bought one for my husband, he absolutely loved it.

What a brilliant pair of ear buds. I’ve never used ear buds before, previously using standard headphones, then a couple of years ago I moved to bone-conducting headphones. Switching to these JLAB Work Buds was a no-brainer for me, I own several other JLAB products and I’ve always been impressed with their quality, and the ear buds are no different. From opening the box, you get a feel of the quality, and attention to detail they have put into their product. The charging bud-case is neat, and feels quality. I really like the lid is magnetic, and attaches firmly, it’s a nice feature. The buds themselves are also magnetically held in the case, and snap into position with no effort. It’s a very tactile-feel, you find yourself taking them and putting them back again several times, just because they feel smart. Both the charger and the buds come partially charged, so you can get using them straight away if you want to, I chose to fully charge them first, the Work Buds come with a USB C charger cable, but no plug, which may be a consideration to some consumers, but I have multiple chargers from other devices, so it really wasn’t a problem to me. The Work Buds come with replacement rubber earbuds, but also come with a set already installed ready to go. JLAB provide a quick start guide, which is simple to read and has clear diagrams. The Work Buds only have two buttons, one on each ear, once you get used to the functionality, they are easy to operate, it doesn’t take long to get familiar with the process. The microphone stalk can be added and removed as required, I especially like it is kept secure in the charger box when not needed. It can be attached to either the left or right bud, depending on your preference, with grommets provided to cover the microphone socket on the ear buds when not affixed. I thought the microphone stalk would cause the ear buds to fall out of my ears when it was attached, but it’s actually very well balanced and has very little weight, so I can’t say it ever felt insecure. Sound quality is excellent. The range from deep bass to the high pitched notes is all excellent, and far better than I expected for such small devices, the battery duration is also excellent, I used the buds all day for work, with them blue toothed to my PC, both in meetings and in between listening to my music, I was impressed the charge lasted all day, and the Work Buds were comfortable despite wearing them for around 9 hours. I was also amazed at the sound cancellation, the buds fit my ears perfectly, resulting in background noise not getting through at all. Would I recommend these? Yes, absolutely! I’ve bought a set for my wife too, they really are brilliant.

From the information we have available, I can advise the JLab JBuds Work True Wireless Earbuds do have a mute function. You can mute the microphone by pressing the JLab icon on the side of the earbud where the boom mic is located. When the mute is activated, a red LED light will appear to indicate that the call is muted.

These earbuds are designed for work environments and may not fit as snugly under a helmet as other earbuds specifically designed for motorcycling.

Regarding the JLab Jbud Work True Wireless Earbuds - Black. No this isn’t the case, these are true wireless earbuds, they can be used with one earbud or two and have a microphone to enhance your call quality. When both earbuds are being used at the same time the audio is identical in both.
