Made from durable 3.2mm thick aluminium with a bonded steel base, it heats evenly across the surface and works on any hob you've got. The tempered glass lid locks in moisture and flavour while the steam release vent keeps things under control.

The 30cm diameter gives you plenty of space for family meals or batch cooking, and the robust ergonomic handles with soft touch grip make it easy to move from hob to oven (it's safe up to 170C for up to 40 minutes). The scratch-resistant surface stands up to daily use, and it works on gas, electric, halogen, ceramic, induction and solid hotplate hobs.
