Powered by the same high-performance Integrated Processor V1 found in Sony's award-winning WH-1000XM5, these over-ear wireless headphones are designed for listeners who want powerful, deep sound with real punch. Hit the ULT button and choose between Deep Bass for added weight in the lower frequencies, or Attack Bass to crank up the energy. Active noise cancellation blocks out distractions so you can focus entirely on your music, while Ambient Sound mode lets you tune back in when needed.
The 40mm drivers deliver rich, detailed audio, and touch controls on the side of the ear cup make it easy to manage playback and calls without reaching for your mobile. You get fast charging that boosts battery life with just 10 minutes plugged in, and both Bluetooth and wired connectivity via a detachable 3.5mm cable give you flexibility. Great Comfort, A deep bass heavy sound if required (i tend to leave the ULT off unless music. If needed microphone works well and noise cancellation / isolation is excellent. Bluetooth connects quickly, but occasionally drops and reconnects quickly on my iphone Battery seems to be very slow to drain

I was drawn to these headphones because of the build quality, comfort and the Sony name. Unfortunately the Sony Connect app can be glitchy, especially with firmware updates. Also the touch sensor on the right cup doesn't always function properly. Otherwise, the sound quality is excellent and they are nice and loud.

Good sound but not great noise cancelling
The sound is great but the noise cancelling is rubbish. I can still hear everything around me.

Exceptional sound quality at a reasonable price.
I did a like for like test with these headphones against other brands and these excelled. They sounded as go (if not better) than similar products three times the price. There is a rich soundstage, the noise cancelling is exceptional and the bass and mid-range response is second to none. Battery life is great and they are light and comfortable to wear, even for extended periods of time.

It is good but doesn't worth the full price
Sound is good. Bass is good. Noise cancelling is good. Ear pads are not acceptable for the price. This dose not have USB audio playback and you cant use it while charging. If you want to listen wired mode with your phone you have to buy a dongle unless you have a phone with 3.5mm audio jack. Wait for a deal to come up. Not worth the full price.
