Terrible quality - broken at 16 months old
This is our second Samsung microwave in 5 years - the first lasting just over 3 years old, this model lasting just 16 months. This one has decided it no longer wants to heat the food (exactly the same fault as the one it replaced). I'm going to be 100% honest, I expected better from Samsung. We have Samsung as an EPP through work, which makes the products seem very reasonable to buy, but the top and bottom of it is that they just don't last. It feels like you pay middle of the road and we're replacing within a matter of years... worth adding that we've also just had to replace a Samsung Ceramic hob because of a random hairline crack that suggests a manufacturing defect (as nothing dropped on it - and zero evidence of it). Will be replacing the microwave, with a product from another company!

The integral light comes on when the door is opened, it cannot be seen whilst food is being cooked.
