The best
Absolutely loves it. I have the ADHD son who finds it hard understand his homework. I have been using the quest on YouTube, To show him how to work on maths problem. He also doesn't like to watch live rugby games, But he has been watching the games and the meta, because it's distraction free. He has improved in Rugby by watching it on the Meta Quest.

Meta quest 3, almost perfect
I bought this a few weeks ago as Ive heard a lot of good things about meta quest and what you can do. The immersion of the experiance is outstanding. Performance is really good for a head unit. Resolution can be changed with some tinkering if your confident in doing so. The Audio is acceptable but dont expect stero quality sound but you can link headphones to it via bluetooth but it would be combuersum. One thing that is a let down is the head strap from an ergonomics point of view, so spend some money and buy a third part strap

Meta Quest 3
The Quest 3 is kinda big on my head at first, but it's slimmer than the old ones my friend has. It weighs like a pound, which is okay for short games, but after a while, it starts pressing on my forehead and nose. I wish it was lighter, like the new Quest 3S my cousin got – that one's cheaper and not as heavy. The straps are adjustable, and my dad got me a better one with a battery pack to make it comfier. Without that, I'd probably stop playing sooner 'cause it slips when I'm jumping around in Beat Saber. Whoa, the screens are super sharp! It's like 4K per eye or something, way better than my phone. Colors pop, and you don't see those weird pixel lines like on older VR. The Snapdragon chip makes everything fast – no lagging when I'm slashing blocks or fighting zombies. The passthrough camera shows my real room in color, so I can see my dog or grab a snack without taking it off. That's epic for mixed reality games where aliens pop up on my bed! Games and Cool Features This is the best part! I love playing Gorilla Tag – running around as a monkey tagging friends online is hilarious. Or Asgard's Wrath 2, where I'm a hero fighting gods. There's tons of free stuff too, like First Encounters, which is like a tutorial but fun with robots and puzzles. I can watch YouTube or Netflix in a giant virtual cinema, and hand tracking means I don't always need controllers – just wave my hands like magic. But sometimes the controllers glitch if the battery's low. And my mum checks the apps to make sure no scary or bad stuff, 'cause VR can have weird chats with strangers. Battery and Other Stuff The battery sucks a bit – it lasts maybe 2 hours if I'm playing hard games, then I have to plug it in. I hate stopping in the middle of a level! Charging takes forever, but with the elite strap battery, I can go longer. It's wireless, so no tripping over cords, which is way better than my mate's PSVR. Good Stuff (Pros) Games are insanely fun and make me feel like I'm really there. Mixed reality is mind-blowing – like having holograms in my room. Super clear picture and fast, no getting sick (mostly). Lots of apps, and it's easy to use once set up. Bad Stuff (Cons) Kinda heavy and uncomfortable after 30 minutes. Battery dies too quick. My mum says it's not great for eyes if I play too much. Some games cost extra money. Overall The Meta Quest 3 is the coolest gadget I own! If you're a kid like me who loves gaming and adventure, get it – but ask your parents first 'cause of the age thing. It's worth the money (mine was £400 or so), especially with deals. Just don't play all day, or you'll get a headache. 9 out of 10 stars from me!

Hi there! Games on the Meta Quest platform vary in price, so unfortunately we are unable to give a firm answer on this. We do have the Meta Horizon+ subscription service, which offers some select games. This is priced at £7.99/month or £59.99/year.
We hope this helps!
Hi Ghrim and thanks for your interest in the Meta Quest 3.
The Meta Quest 3 battery generally lasts 2 to 3 hours, but this can vary depending on usage. We do have a few tips to optimize battery life:
Keep software updated
Always make sure that your device is using the latest version of software. When there is a new software release, your Meta Quest headset will update automatically when connected to Wi-Fi and turned on. You can also manually check for updates in Settings.
Maximize battery life
Like all lithium-ion batteries, Meta batteries age and lose capacity over time and with usage. For good battery lifetime capacity, we recommend using your device until the battery level is below 50% before recharging. If you need to store your device for a long time without use, we recommend leaving the battery charged to about 50% and keeping the device at room temperature. Avoid storing your device in hot or cold environments.
Use the provided charger
When charging your Meta Quest headset, use the charger that was included in the box. While you may be able to charge your headset's battery with chargers from other devices, your headset and its included charger were designed and tested to work optimally together and to maximize the performance of your headset.
If you're having trouble with getting your charger to fit correctly in a wall outlet, you may need to adjust the position of the grounding pin.
Keep the magnetic pins clean
The magnetic pins on the charging dock must be dry to avoid damage to the headset, controllers and charging dock. Use a dry cloth to wipe away any moisture on the magnetic pins.
It's not possible or advised to physically remove the internal battery from the headset as it's an integrated component but if you have any issues with your battery or device, you can always get in touch with our support team via our website, we'd be happy to help!
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching out with your question about using glasses with the Meta Quest 3.
To clarify, the Meta Quest 3 does not include a separate glasses spacer in the box. Instead, it features a built‑in depth adjustment mechanism within the facial interface. By pressing the buttons inside the headset, you can slide the facial interface forward to create extra room. This provides up to four spacing options, which are designed to accommodate most glasses frames.
We hope this clears up the confusion and helps you feel confident about using your Quest 3 with glasses. Please contact us through Meta Store Support if you have further questions or concerns, we will be happy to help.

However, you can cast to a phone or computer. For more information on how to do this, we have a public article on our website titled "Cast to a screen with Meta Quest"
