About this product
You've cleared space in the spare room for a proper home gym. This Marcy multi-gym has a 100kg weight stack and triple function arms for chest press, pec dec, and seated row. There's a removable arm curl pad that converts the station for reverse rowing. The back pad adjusts to six positions to suit your height. You'll get a shiver bar, lat bar, ankle strap, and D-handle included.
The high pulley system works for lat pulldowns and triceps pushdowns. Low pulley stations pair with the footrest plate for rowing. Remove the arm curl pad and turn around to switch from chest press to seated row with one pin. The safety weight shroud has a combination lock to keep things secure. It's built with a 14-gauge steel tube frame for durability.

Fantastic Gym, Solid & Moves Smoothly
Recently replaced my old gym with this Marcy Home Gym, it’s excellent, solid in construction & moves very smoothly, The taller unit gives you a better stretch & workout, For a Home Gym’ Feels Pro.

Great piece of kit
I’ve been to many gyms over the years and this piece of kit is as close as you’ll get to commercial systems without paying silly money. I’m 110kgs and it feels solid and robust throughout all my workouts, even on exercises where I’m using the full weight stack. Assembly did take 5 hours though with 2 of us, the pulley system was time consuming to get right.

Ideal for getting in trim.
My old weight training bench was getting old and rusty so I decided to upgrade to a multi gym. After looking around I decided that the Marcy MKM-81010 would give me plenty of options and appeared to be solidly built and durable. The first bonus is that you don’t need to keep changing weights from bar to bar. With the Marcy it is only a matter of putting the pin in the right position in the weight stack. It is easy to set up for whatever exercise that you require. Doing a full weight routine is so much quicker and easier. They recommend two people to assemble but I managed ok on my own. I had an issue of some pulley wheel guides breaking. I contacted the supplier directly and within a couple of days new parts arrived. They were very helpful and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Argos arranged the delivery which only took 3 days so I was impressed with them. For me this was a great purchase and highly recommended.

The supplier has advised the following for the Marcy MKM-81010 90KG Home Gym:
There are 13 plates, which are approximately 7kg each.
Thank you for using Q and A.
Yes it will be fine.
I have had the 90 kg Mens health multi gym purchased from Argos since the first lockdown which has served me well.
The whole machine is 161 kg and I have the back of the machine against my bedroom wall with thick rubber mats under it.
My home is a typical council room and I have had no problems with it falling through as the weight is spread across a couple of floor beams.
Hope this helps!
