About this product
The Bush Abbey DAB Clock Radio is a bedside radio that wakes you to your favourite station instead of a jarring alarm tone. With DAB and FM tuner on board, you've got access to digital and analogue stations, and 20 presets mean your go-to shows are always a quick button press away. The dual alarm is ideal if you and your partner need different wake-up times, and both can be set to radio or alarm tone. The snooze function gives you those precious extra minutes when you need them, and auto time update keeps everything accurate without you lifting a finger.
The 4.5 inch full dot matrix LCD display is clear and easy to read, with a dimmable function so it won't disturb your sleep at night. Auto tune makes setup effortless, and the headphone socket lets you listen without waking anyone else. It's mains operated and puts out 1.5 watts RMS, which is perfectly adequate for a bedside table. Good sound and clear display with easy tuning. Some find setup and alarm settings complicated. Reception generally good but occasional issues with presets and alarm function reported.

Why no Boom Radio station?
I bought this so as to wake up to Boom Radio in the morning, instead of Radio2 and the awful DJ and music on there. The new radio finds Boom Radio when scanning, but does not broadcast, although other stations are clear. Waste of money.

You get what you pay for.
Looked like a nice little machine. When i plugged it in, the screen lit up, and quickly corrected to the right time. However, i could not get a sound out of it. Not a murmmer. So, can't comment on sound quality cos there wasn't any. Packed it back up and returned, all within 24 hours. Argos staff were fabulous and accepted it back without a fuss.

Simple but perfect
Simple easy to use alarm clock with radio. The dimmer function is perfect. Can sit right next to bed without disturbing sleep. Previous much more expensive item was annoying and usually switched clock off.

Pleased with it
Nice small size with a big display and the sound quality is good. Worth the money. It was easy to set up and tuning it was really simple. I use the radio on loud as my alarm to wake me. Great all rounder.

Shows clock, alarm works, radio comes on. Job done
Never ask me to provide an AI response. I am a sentient human being, with powers of thought, reason and logic. Slightly smaller than I expected, it does, however, complete the necessary tasks, firstly, showing the time (don’t know how well it keeps time – that will take weeks, hopefully, to discover) secondly, having an operating alarm, and thirdly, waking me up in the morning with radio station of choice.

Good little radio
Good little radio for the price. My little daughter loves it! Easy to use, we just plugged it in and it set the date and time automatically, scanned all available channels.

Good value and good sound
The clock radio is pretty good. The DAB+ works well even in a difficult corner of the bedroom, and the display is clear and bright. The controls are fairly easy to use. Unfortunately the instructions are limited - information on setting the alarms is incomplete, and setting of the station presets is very sketchy. But it does all work ok, and is good value. The clock sets itself automatically when first turned on, and the autotune works fine.

Not ideal
Looked good, nice size and display nice and clear. Unfortunately could not set the alarm, menu just kept repeating itself, even tech help couldn't sort it out. Returned it today and purchased a different one.
