Great eReader, perfect size
Great eReader, the screen is really clear and has different brightness settings which are really quick to adjust. Great that I can import books from calibre library and not just Kobo shop. Great size, and I thought I'd miss the buttons from my old device, but actually changing pages by tapping works when holding it in either hand. Decided to go for this one over the colour due to the display clarity and glad I did, but if I read a lot of comincs / manga etc I'd go colour.

After contacting our suppliers they have advised for the Kobo Clara BW 16GB Wi-Fi E-Reader - Black.
This depends on the eBook and where/how it was purchased or downloaded, due to something called Digital Rights Management.
If the eBooks were purchased through the Kobo Store and are linked to their Kobo account, simply logging into the same Kobo account on their new device and syncing will automatically download all their purchased eBooks to the new device.
For eBooks not purchased through Kobo, or for transferring files directly, they can connect their Kobo devices to a computer and copy DRM-free e-pub or pdf files from the old Kobo to the new Kobo.
If some eBooks have DRM protection, removing DRM is necessary to transfer files between different Kobo accounts or to another device.
