Avoid this product - dangerous
Be careful when using this! Firstly these arrived with some residue on as though something was leaking (unsure if this is normal or not) but the most concerning part is when using the dumbbells, the plastic screw holding the weights kept coming off. So dangerous! Avoid buying this, spend a bit more and get yourself a proper bar with clips.

Good set of weights for a beginner
I bought this dumbbell set Christmas time as I wanted to start training a little at home, I am pleased to say after a few months worth use the weight are durable and they can easily be adjusted to what ever weight is required to get a good workout.
