About this product
Strengthen and tone your entire body with this 25-piece Opti Dumbbell and Barbell Set. With 2 bar lengths and a spinlock system, easily adjust the weights from 0 to 50kg in an instant. It's a full-on, full work out, at-home, gym. Ideal for both beginners and experts.
The dumbbells are perfect to perform a range of exercises including hammer and bicep curls and tricep extensions to work on your upper arms and lateral, side and rear raises with shoulder presses to build stronger shoulders. Target your legs by adding weight to lunges or squats to increase your strength and enhance your balance.
To get a stronger chest, use the barbell to add a chest press to your workout and include an upright and bent over row to increase muscle mass in your back. Barbells can also be used to perform bicep curls and a shoulder press to target your upper body and add a bit of variation to your workout. Bar material: steel.

I bought this i think last month and the convinience that came with it is crazyyyyy. I stopped going to the gym because of work and this has just helped me workout at the comfort of my house and has helped me get muscles too. Also the quality of the weights are top tier 100% recommend!!! Also the staff at argos were very helpful they helped me carry it to my uber which i couldn’t. Ouuu it was also very cheap and affordable and there were so many weights so you can adjust to whatever weight you want.
