Love the new Fridge Freezer
This new fridge freezer is much quieter than our old one. It has a nice black colour but in certain lights does show finger prints. It’s has lots of open space the door pockets are large and also tall too. The shelves are at nice heights It’s very bright when you open the doors. Loving the water fountain on the front holds loads of water but we now seem to be drinking more of it and needing to fill up a lot. The freezer is great can get loads into it. Lights in both sides too so can see what I have much easier. Great value.

Brilliant fridge-Freezer from HISENSE.
A great fridge freezer from HISENSE. Bought it from ARGOS IN MARCH (2025 ) Unfortunately there was a fault with it ( had 2 engineers out from Pacifica.) the second engineer tried to fix the fault but unfortunately the Wire was far too short and he could connect it up. ( Hence HISENSE is given me a new One. So I am going into ARGOS TODAY.. to arrange it to be uplifted and bring a replacement. Thank You ( that apart it is a great fridge freezer with plenty storage.)

Didn’t work on arrival
I received this and it never worked at all, called Argos and arranged collection for a Thursday, a week after I got it. No-one turned up to collect so had to wait another 5 days and it was finally collected. It looks great and loads of room but obviously never got to use it.

Sadly it did not meet our expectations. The interior fridge light would not work. Despite turning it off and on at the socket, as advised in troubleshooting, it lit up but once doors were closed then reopened later the same fault occurred. The door alarm didn't work either! We decided to return and received a refund within days. Didnt want the hassle! We purchased another make elsewhere.

From the information we have available, I can advise that we do remove old fridges if you requested us to do that when you are purchasing your new fridge. You can create a Delivery Add On to your purchase request for a Large Kitchen Appliance Recycling Service.

Collection is only offered through the home delivery service on the purchase of selected large domestic appliances.
Old large domestic appliances to be collected MUST be disconnected, defrosted (for at least 24 hours) and emptied of water. Failure to comply will result in the old item not being taken away. You will be given a refund of the charge for the collection service.
Please note that removal of the old item is only available at the same time as the new one is delivered. If the old one cannot be removed at the same time, we will not come back and collect at a later date and you will receive a refund of the charge for the service.
The item to be disposed of must not present a health and safety risk to our staff.
We will take away your old appliance so you don't have the hassle of taking it to the local tip or recycling centre.
