About this product
The Argos Home Nordic 6 Drawer Chest sorts bedroom clutter and keeps clothes organised in one tall, compact unit. Solid wood materials provide lasting strength, with a natural pine finish adding a Scandinavian feel. Six deep drawers provide plenty of room for folded clothes, bedding and accessories without using much floor space. Metal drawer runners let each drawer glide smoothly for easy access. Wooden handles feel solid and comfortable. This tall chest maximises vertical storage when floor space is limited.
Each drawer has metal runners that open and close smoothly through daily use. Wall fixings are included to secure the chest safely, especially important in homes with children. The wooden handles match the natural pine finish and feel sturdy. There are four smaller drawers and two larger ones, so you can separate different types of clothing or items by size. Self-assembly required with two people recommended for easier handling. The narrow footprint means it fits against walls, in alcoves, or beside beds where wider units won't work.

Exactly as advertised
Exactly as advertised. Make sure you have a decent sized screwdriver. It is easier with an electric screwdriver… and asking your partner to build it lol. Draws slide out easily but not the full way. Draw space is quite shallow. Is a sturdy unit with the adaptions to drill into wall.

New 6 drawer chest for girls
I needed to replace a chest of draws in my daughters bedroom, which was no longer functioning. We decided to order this unit from Argos as it had good reviews. Had to wait about 10 days for free delivery. It was relatively easy to assemble and looks good now it's finished. Only complaint is, the draws do not have the same depth as the unit it is replacing.

I have checked the manual and can see the handles come separately and need to be screwed on during the assembly therefore they will be able to be unscrewed if any needed replaced.
