Not robust enough

Hi I fetched three last Wednesday a round trip of 120 miles put two of them up with other helpers weighted down with 40kg weights on each leg and tied to fencing etc and left them overnight. On Friday afternoon a gust of wind ripped the two straight over the pavilion and they are now in the dustbin. The third one is in its box. What was required in hindsight was the poles putting into the feet then a hole drilling through the foot and inserted pole and a cotter pin inserting so the pole couldn’t leave the foot which was held down with the weights

Not very good the wind has made all the ties rip off and I’ve had to order a replacement from another company

Waterproof, good price for a small marquee

We purchased this gazebo just over a week ago, Next day 2 of us to assemble it in under 1hr but we got 2 others to help raise it to prevent twisting or a breakage. We positioned it alongside an 8ft fence as winds and heavy showers were forecast, both of which happened, the gazebo held its shape and kept us dry. Luckily for us we had the high fence to use for wind protection and as a side wall partly because when we opened the box to check all parts we discovered in 2 of the side panels, the clear window panels were not attached in 2 areas. Still a 5 rating because Argos have in less than a week posted us 2 replacement panels.

Great size for a party of 25-30

Great product. Light and stable for a sunny day with low wind. Not ideal for a lot of rain perhaps cos it’s a lighter material. Helpful instructions and two guys set it up in about 30-40 minutes. Really good shade, and big size. Suitable for 4x 6ft trestle tables in parallel lines of 2 tables long. Kept our guests and food cooled and shaded. Had a great garden party on a hot sunny day thanks to the gazebo

Puny. Expensive tat.

I needed this as an emergency solution. Now, i won't be able to return it in a resaleable condition. Fabric thin & puny. Seams missed/stitching offline. Pegs are an absolute joke, all right for a one man tent (just), but for a monster like this? I've ordered some proper pegs from Amazon. Hopefully they'll arrive before any wind. First decent breeze, this thing'll be changing postcode! I wouldn't dare to put the sides up, it'd catch too much wind. Assembly was surprisingly straightforward, albeit the nylon corner brackets aren't well designed. Next time, I'll buy from Amazon, I could just squeeze it all back into the box, & they'd return my money. Lesson learned.

Smart looking Gazebo

I purchased this gazebo for a birthday party to be held in the garden to give us some protection from the summer sun. The product is well made and good value for money. The instructions are clear and simple to follow and the poles are east to assemble. I found that by putting the first leg pole in place and then pulling the cover on as shown in the video worked really well. You do need help to lift the gazebo to put in the lower leg poles. There are guy ropes and pegs and when completed the structure looked very good. I did not use the side panels as we were only looking for shade not protection from the rain or wind.

Easy to assemble, looks great. Would work well in dry weather with no wind. Canopy split at the velcro straps in several places due to pooling water, but to be fair it was torrential rain.
