The Acoustic Solutions Pulse Portable Speaker brings 40W of clean, powerful sound to wherever you want music - whether that's a garden party, the beach, or just moving between rooms at home. With Bluetooth 5.3 built in, it pairs quickly with your iPhone, iPad or any Bluetooth device, and the 10-hour battery life means you can keep the music going all day without hunting for a socket. It's a properly portable speaker that doubles as a powerbank too, so you can charge your mobile whilst your playlist runs, and it's compact enough to carry easily.
Inside are 2 internal speakers delivering audio across a 50Hz to 20,000Hz range, so bass and treble stay clear even at high volume. There's a 3.5mm AUX input for direct connection, USB playback for music from a memory stick, and TWS lets you pair it with another speaker for stereo sound. Setup is simple - charge via USB (cable included), connect your phone, and play. The built-in rechargeable Li-Ion battery supports PD fast charging, and while no charger is included, any 5W to 10W USB charger works.

It switches on accompanied by an unnecessary, very loud "welcoming" sound, which I found annoying and also the controls were difficult to operate. I returned the item.

It was a strech to give 4 stars. It has power sound and a bass along with the nice music elumination. And it is actually very easy to connect and play using Bluetooth! On the down side: - very hard to navgate through, if you use usb with quite few almbums - lowest sound setting is still way to loud. - buttons feel cheap, wobbly and a bit unresponsive

The Acoustic Solutions Pulse Portable Speaker needs a USB-C cable and a power adapter or power source that provides between 5W and 10W. It supports PD fast charging, so a compatible charger will charge it quickly, but a standard USB power adapter or a computer with a USB port can also be used to charge it, provided the source meets the power requirements.

In the majority of cases, the fast-charging adaptor will also support with slow charging protocol which is under 5V.
You could purchase the related adaptor directly from Argos like the below two:

For the first one, as it come with built-in cable so it can directly plug via the speaker by the built-in cable from the power adaptor.
For the second one, as our product comes with the A to C charging cable in the accessories. You can use the USB A port from the power plug to charge the 4740050 Acoustic Solutions Pulse Portable Speaker by using the charging cable included with the product.
