I should have taken more notice of the dimensions as this bin is too short for me. The sensor is on the front, which means when we pass by the lid is activated. No very happy spending so much on this product.

It's a good sized sensor operated bin.
Good size, does not look out of place in the kitchen.
Lid opening is a bit clunky/noisy, but works every time.

But you soon tire of it opening every time you go anywhere near it, and it eats batteries. Other than that - its exactly what we wanted...

I bought this bin 6 weeks ago. Initially working great but the automatic opening has broken now, have checked the batteries so possibly a design flaw. We have a busy family house so could be from overuse, but would expect a bin to last longer than this. Wouldn't recommend
