It works great! The interface feels lightweight. There’s no stuttering. Great app compatibility. 4K at 60fps runs beautifully.

Better than the previous model, but buggy.
It is definetively an improvement of the previous model in terms of speed, ethernet port etc. but turned out to be a little bit buggy (I had to quit trying to use the volume keys, since they for some reason messed up the sound configuration). I is still my preferred smart tv device, though.

Had it for a while. Easy to set up. Picture quality good. Remote control is ok but not as intuitive as others. The device UI is rather so so with a poor menu structure

You can do all that by making yourself a developer. Which takes seconds. That probably is against the terms and conditions none of us read but Google didnt make it super easy to do by accident.
You can still definitely side load on there as you can with the firestick
