Just what I wanted!
I bought this a few months ago and it's perfect - great small size to fit in my house, but can still sit 6 people around if needed. Good quality, sturdy, looks good, and was very easy to put together by myself. Got it with money off too so even better.

A bit disappointing
This is a nice looking product but all in all both table and benches haven’t been made very well and clearly haven’t gone through any quality control checks before they send them out. The table went together fine, but isn’t very well made, but both the benches had serious problems, once built the legs were all wonky due to misaligned holes for the screws. Argos were very helpful when I spoke to them and will send another 2 benches and collect the old 2, so hopefully they assemble correctly this time, wish me luck!

Faulty
Lovely simple lines, solid wood. Unfortunately, although I was able to assemble the table myself, I couldn’t make the benches as the bolts wouldn’t screw in. Had to ask my brother to help and he couldn’t do it either. He’s going to come back with a drill and see if making the holes larger will work.

Lovely looking, quality so-so
Really lovely looking table, comfortable benches. Unfortunately the wood is very easily marked and as per the FAQs if you treat it you invalidate the 12 month guarantee. We also had a faulty bench and parts couldn't be replaced. Argos did provide a partial refund, just a shame it wasn't better quality for the price as it really does look lovely.

Good enough
This was a bit of a pain to build, as I’ve found with a lot of habitat/Argos stuff lately but wasn’t the worst. The build itself is solid although the benches are a little creaky. I personally love the table style but it does need a tablecloth when the kids are using it due to the untreated finish. It’s a really good size, more than about room for 4 people.

Wrong parts
An absolute pain to put together. They sent the wrong nuts and bolts that did not fit together? Had to purchase the correct fixings at my local hardware store. Would expect to be able to put the table together without having to do this.

Looks good once it's assembled but poor quality and hard to assemble.

Lovely item but very soft wood - dents easily.
Lovely style, however it's very soft wood so dents easily. We got dents in it by just assembling it! It's really nice though and solid, it will probably just take a bit of looking after (sanding/varnishing) to keep it looking fresh long term.
