Brought this for a Christmas present, excellent toaster for the money and looks very stylish.

Bosch is our go-to for the kitchen.
So far, so good. Have only had toaster a month, but find it easy to use, sturdy, well built and powerful. Toasts quite quickly and we find toasting at low setting best for our bread.

Great Toaster
I bought this replace my old toaster. And its much better, design is lovely and finally I have a toaster that browns my toast, if you want lightly toasted bread I would suggest using 1. The only issue is that when the toast pops up its not all the way

Poor toasting quality
Having got fed up with cheap toasters that break within I year or two I decided to buy what I thought would be a superior quality product. As most of my large kitchen appliances are already made by Bosch I decided to buy a toaster. I returned the first toaster as even on the lowest setting it burnt the bread and toasted unevenly. I was sent a new toaster to replace the faulty one. This also toasts unevenly. Very disappointed as I expected better from a Bosch appliance.

Having checked I can see this does have lift and look. To use this you simply lift the lever up to check the bread without having to click cancel.
