I ordered this item for an elderly relative at Christmas, I left plenty of time for it to arrive. No option for collection. But never did arrive. It was signed off by Argos as received but no card through the door, no email, nothing. I tried to sort via their website but kept being referred to their online robots, which did not compute. I've yet to write a letter of complaint, which seems to be my only option, Very unhappy.

The engraving on this personalised pen case has a spelling mistake. EG it say AR instead of AT .little late to return so no doubt will sit in a draw until I use ot myself .
