Massage pillow did not do for me.
Unfortunately the message pillow proved too hard for my back and neck. It will probably be OK for others but not me.

Just what I needed
Works really well at getting out knots and stiffness and it's cordless.

Effective
Pros: -portable and compact. I can take it anywhere especially when on holiday -battery powered and no dangly wires -charged using usb C which I got plenty at home -has 4 rotating heated knobs on each side. Way better than the previous version which has only 2. -Use is not limited to back. Can be used on calf and thigh. Cons: -no battery level indicator. Can’t determine if it needs charging. -frequently needs charging as it is shared by me and my wife -rotation speed is not adjustable. Seems to fast for my liking Overall: Very pleased with the product. It sorted out my upper back, neck and shoulder aches. I use it almost every day especially after a long day of work

Not worth the price tag
Bought for back pain, had to get it refunded under two weeks. The battery life is absolutely shocking for such an expensive item (relative to other options). It’s also worth nothing that it doesn’t come with a charger or even a cable, again pretty poor given the cost of the item. The heating function did not seem to work, and the massaging was quite unpleasant. Would not recommend for anyone, especially if you’re particularly sore or sensitive.

I've used this shiatsu massage machine on my lower back, it gives me great relief from back pain . The heat while massaging is very comforting.

100% Rubbish
Read reviews prior to purchase, mostly ok, some negative on battery life. Took a punt, used for a week, found this product to give some massage relief, nothing earth shattering. Takes a good 2-3hrs to charge, battery life is terrible, lasts an hr if you're lucky, cuts out every 15mins or so. Motor was noisy from the off, I suspect this was a previous return that Argos then re-sold. I would advise to steer well clear of this rubbish, I only every pay via PayPal for Argos online orders, ensures I'll get my sooner rather than later for returned items. Argos did a no quibble return, ensure you action the return online 1st to get a QR code prior to taking an item back.

Great Massager
Definitely one of the best massagers I've tried. Helps ease the tension/pain in neck & shoulders/back. I especially like that the heat off option is there & for that reason I purchased 2! One for back up as I pretty much use it every day.
