I purchased this to help with my back. It’s prongs are hard so hurts if it’s against any bones and the heat setting doesn’t really radiate any heat

Works way better than I expected
Honestly, this HoMedics Shiatsu Massage Pillow works way better than I expected. Strong massage, nice heat, and it really loosens up tight muscles. The only thing I miss is an adjustable strap so I could secure it at different heights on a chair, because it doesn’t come with one at all. Still, it’s a great little gadget and I’m genuinely glad I bought it.
