THE BEST!
We have had the ninja creami deluxe for a short amount of time however I can confirm that it is amazing.We made some chocolate ice cream and it tasted exactly like it was from an ice cream shop,still haven’t tried all of the features however the gelato feature is the best and also the milkshake one. If you are making a milkshake remember to crush the ingredients a lot otherwise it didn’t work, we made this error however it still tasted amazing.Honestly couldn’t recommend this product more

Really do need more tubs than the two supplied with my Ninja Cremi Deluxe - these are perfect.

Noisy!
Bought almost 2 years ago. It is extremely loud - so much so that it puts us off using it quite a bit so we don't wake children or upset our neighbours. It is good though. Makes kid friendly ice cream, sorbet and drinks. We're pleased with it except the noise, and it only coming with 2 pots. Would be good if it was supplied with more, particularly as you rarely use a whole pot in one go.

Great if you like making ice creams, or are a newb
I bought this couple weeks ago and already loving it. I used to have a small churning type ice-cream maker and upgraded to this one. Things I love about this Creami over the churning machine are : 1. The deluxe version has 740ml tubs which is a decent sized 2. Once the ice cream mixture is ready, you can just freeze it away and use Creami to process it just when you want to eat. In the churning machine, after preparing mixture, I had to first chill it for 2 hours, then process it, then freeze again. 3. The texture is amazing! IF the first cycle doesn't give great results, just process it again.

Great but noisy
This is a great machine for any chilled dessert through to cocktails. Easy to make milkshakes, sorbets, slushies although you might want to plug your ears while it works away. Very easy to disassemble to clean. Cleans well.

Noisy when operating
A larger machine than I was expecting. I had taken a long time to make the decision to purchase one, I am a great fan of ninja products and have quite a few items, this is the first one I haven’t marked 5 stars. It does make lovely ice cream, but it is very noisy when it is operating in sorbet mode, slightly quieter in ice cream mode, luckily the process is not too long or I think my neighbours would have something to say. I have not tried the other modes yet. I think I should have done more research before purchasing, as I believe there are better options available on the market.

Several batches can be prepared with the Ninja Creami Deluxe as long as you take small breaks in between them. There is no specific limit to it. This unit features a unique safety system that prevents damage to the motor and drive system should you inadvertently overload it. If the unit is overloaded, the motor will be temporarily disabled. Should this occur, follow the reset procedure below:
1 Unplug the unit from the electrical outlet.
2 Allow the unit to cool for approximately 15 minutes.
3 Remove the outer bowl lid and paddle. Ensure no ingredients are jamming the lid assembly.
IMPORTANT: Ensure that maximum capacities are not exceeded. This is the most typical cause of appliance overload.
We do not recommend making a smoothie or processing hard, loose ingredients, such as frozen fruit. Fruit must be crushed to release its juice or combined with other ingredients and frozen before processing. The Fresh Fruit Sorbet recipe in the inspiration guide provides an example of how to make a treat from fruit that is crushed to release its juice and frozen before processing.
All parts, except for the motor base, are top rack dishwasher safe. Do not wash any part in the bottom rack of the dishwasher.
We suggest beginning with a frozen base, which could be fruit, ice cream, or something else, and then adding your favorite pour-in to create the ideal slushi.
For the recipes included with the CREAMi, you can replace regular milk with unsweetened oat milk at a 1:1 ratio, use unsweetened coconut cream instead of heavy cream at a 1:1 ratio, swap vegan cream cheese for cream cheese also at a 1:1 ratio, and choose vegan yogurt in place of yogurt at a 1:1 ratio. Remember to select unsweetened alternatives and whisk the coconut cream separately before incorporating it as a substitute.
