Lives up to the hype
A brilliant bit of kit, I was a little sceptical to its ability to produce brilliant gelato / sorbet but first two uses and it’s genuinely perfect. It doesn’t take up a huge deal of space and though loud during the blitzing process it’s nothing you wouldn’t expect and it achieves results quickly. We’re absolutely in love already

Always have to unplug and replug in before this will work, never understood why. Phoning Ninja has never resulted in a fix.

Worth the prep
Got one of these after constantly seeing recipes for healthier ice creams that looked lovely. Time is required to prep and freeze (for 24 hours), but the outcome is worth it. Definitely recommend looking up videos for tips on how to get better results to avoid being disappointed.

Rekindled my love of ice cream!
I had a more basic style of ice cream maker before and this one overcomes a lot of the issues I had - no problems with paddles getting stuck, having to chill the mixture and the base etc. have made 3 different kinds so far and they’ve all come out very well with great texture. Can highly recommend!

Novice Ninja became a pro
I was surprised to find this was so easy to use. I expected a few failed attempts to be able to make ice cream but I was wrong. The first time I made the vanilla ice cream (my favourite), it turned out so delicious! The only downside was I had to wait 24 hours for it to freeze.

Make endless treats
I bought this recently and it is amazing. So easy to use and delivers perfect results every time . Far superior to shop bought ice cream . Makes lots of different things ice cream milkshakes etc. I used the receipes from the book that came with the Ninja. . Fantastic.Follow the instructions properly and you cant go wrong. Machine is easy to use. Definitely recommend buying this if you are looking for a quality machine that makes so much more than ice cream
