About this product

High-temperature steam eliminates 99.9% of bacteria and trapped odours for greater hygiene. With Connect Life you can manage your laundry more economically and intelligently whilst Auto Dosing will select the precise amount of detergent based on the weight of clothes. The inverter motor runs smoothly and generates less heat, for a quieter, more efficient appliance.
Pure Steam Technology - Releases gentle steam to remove odours trapped deep in the fibres of clothes. After the steam wash has ended your clothes will smell as clean and feel as soft as new, with the added benefit of not needing to iron them again.
Auto Dosing - Take the stress out of doing the laundry with Hisense's auto dosing technology, which automatically dispenses the right amount of liquid detergent for your washing load. The detergent box can store liquid detergent and softener that is enough to use up to 14 times, so no need to add detergent to every wash.
Quick Wash+ - Designed for your busy life, this appliance not only helps to reduce washing time and cost, but also offers various fast washing programs to meet your needs. You can choose 49min/15min programs for half/1kg laundry loads.

As with many washing machines, you're buying them at short notice because your current one has broken down irreparably. It seems to do everything it says and items seem to be better washed than with our old LG machine (12 years old). Washing and drying cycles are long (we mostly use 3hr ones), but it's too soon to see if it uses less energy....

I like my machine, gets some getting used to. I wish there was a 45 minute dry, if you want a short dry it is either 30 minute or 1 hour dry. Great spin.

Cleans fine but....
the Big buts are, great that you can put a wash on from the app but the downside is the wahsing machine has to be on for that to happen, and it autoswitches off after a while so this feature is pretty pointless. Also, the wash and dry cycles are so long! There is only a super short wash and dry cycle, but no like one hour wash cycle. All the washes and dries are really lengthy. I thought there would be more options in the app.

First time I’ve had an app for my washing machine

Over 3 hours in some washes and although there is a quick wash, the spin is on 800rpm and so washing is quite wet. Also been locked out the app today for no reason . Maybe cos I hadn’t posted a review!!

This doesn't include removal as water isn't allowed on the back of the delivery van, so needs to be disconnected and drained of all water before they can remove it from the property.
