Very happy with the product. I've been looking to buy a new cordless hoover for ages as the one I had was running out of battery quickly and I'm happy I've finally got the Shark one. I live in a one bedroom flat and one battery is more than enough to go around the flat and still have some left. The motorised pet tool is brilliant for our sofa, not just for pet hair but also for dust and whatever else is there. It is a bit heavier than my previous one but not so much that I can't use it. The dust attachment it's not the most practical as the hoover is heavy to hold suspended, at least for myself but I'm not upset with that as the power of the hoover on the carpet makes up for that.

I've transitioned from Dyson to Shark as I just couldn't justify the price difference. The Shark is excellent - 2 batteries so I never run out of charge. 4 different nozzles plus the main head. Cleans really well on the auto-sense mode and I love the air freshener. The duster nozzle is not one I've seen on other brands and that works very well on dusty furniture. Lent it to my daughter for the day and she's ordered one too.

To move your Stratos Anti Hair Wrap Plus Pet Pro from the upright position into cleaning mode, place your foot on the floor nozzle and gently tilt the handheld unit back. This will engage the brushrolls and allow the vacuum to begin cleaning. If you need to clean under furniture or reach lower areas, press the unlock latch located on the back of the wand and adjust it to a lower angle for easier access.

You just push a button and use the hoover, it’s also extremely lightweight (surprisingly) so if you’re like me and struggle with your hands, both features are excellent.

To change the battery on the Shark Stratos Pro Anti Hair Wrap Pet Cordless Vacuum Cleaner, follow these steps:
First, detach the vacuum cleaner from the charging dock or power source. Locate the battery compartment (usually near the handle or base). Press the release button or slide the latch to remove the battery pack.
Take the replacement battery pack and align it with the contacts inside the compartment. Push it in until it clicks securely into place.
Once the new battery is in place, turn on the vacuum and check if it’s working properly.
