Sadly, my Hoover didn't even work.
Very disappointed, my hoover didn't even work, opened it and it wouldn't work. The rollers underneath didn't roll. Had to send it back. So disappointed as I researched a lot before buying this. It is a lot more clunky than I thought too, heavier than I was expecting.

Disappointing design
Do not buy if you have arthritis in your hand or are disabled. Heavy with the worst handle I have ever encountered on a hoover. It has given me a lot of pain in my hand and wrist. I cannot believe such a respected company could design something so poor.

Avoid if you have pets and kids!
Brought this back in August and regret it massively, wish I went with corded Shark which I have had before and loved! This barely picks up dirt, does not tackle carpet or pet hair very well and gets clogged every use! Might be ideal for someone without kids or pets/light use needed and pros it is lightweight, however very disappointed and now left with hoover thay barely does the job and unable to justify purchasing an alternative.

Light and Compact
I purchased the Stratos to use mainly on hard flooring. It's lightweight and easy to manoeuvre. For small jobs, it's quicker than a dustpan and brush. The floor level light is great for vacuuming under furniture. Battery power allows me to clean the kitchen, snug, hall and a large lounge in one go. The handheld tools are simple to attach and are great for the stairs, and soft furnishings.

Great Hoover with useful attachments
This is a great hoover does everything I need it too. Easy to use, a new battery ready charged which lasts a long time. The attachments are very useful for giving the chairs a hoover off. Would recommended this hoover.

You just push a button and use the hoover, it’s also extremely lightweight (surprisingly) so if you’re like me and struggle with your hands, both features are excellent.

To change the battery on the Shark Stratos Pro Anti Hair Wrap Pet Cordless Vacuum Cleaner, follow these steps:
First, detach the vacuum cleaner from the charging dock or power source. Locate the battery compartment (usually near the handle or base). Press the release button or slide the latch to remove the battery pack.
Take the replacement battery pack and align it with the contacts inside the compartment. Push it in until it clicks securely into place.
Once the new battery is in place, turn on the vacuum and check if it’s working properly.

The width is 25.8cm. Which is with the width of the floor cleaning sweeper.
The depth is 24.5cm, from the front of the sweeper to the back including the battery.

The Stratos Pro Anti Hair Wrap Pet Cordless Vacuum Cleaner has a running time of 120 minutes whereas the IZ400UKT model has a 60 minute running time. The Stratos Pro Anti Hair Wrap Pet Cordless Vacuum Cleaner also has 4 attachments whereas the IZ400UKT model has 3.

The power supply for recharging can be plugged into the side of the battery while the battery is still attached to the vacuum cleaner. There is a small round hole on the side of the battery.
This is an alternative to using the double charger socket for two batteries. To use that the battery needs to be detached from the vacuum in order to be placed in the charger socket.

The Shark Stratos Pro Anti Hair Wrap Pet Cordless Vacuum Cleaner comes with 2 batteries. So you can have one on charge, whilst using the other. The batteries just clip on to the body of the vacuum.

You just use the vacuum on hard floors or carpet, it works fine on either without any changes.
There is no mention of any switch for hard floors or carpet in the manual. There is no switch on the handle for this. The only buttons on the handle are one for on-off and another for changing the eco-turbo-normal cleaning mode.
