Great vacuum cleaner, especially on pet hair
Great replacement for our old Dyson, as well as a GTech. Pet edition works wonderfully on our golden retriever’s hair, it is nice and light, and I can also use it in our Motorhome. Some good accessories, and additional battery means it runs for quite a while

It does a fantastic job picking up dust and pet hair from both hard floors and carpets. The battery life is more than enough to clean the whole apartment, and not having to deal with a cord is a total game-changer. Great value for money—highly recommended!

I do like the new Shark vacuum cleaner the suction is good battery life also good, but I think what the Shark is made of isn’t as sturdy. Why Shark have gone down this line I’ve no idea and looking at the reviews it seems like there are better vacuums out there. I am disappointed i bought it mostly no but in some ways yes.

Amazing cordless upright, five stars plus !
Amazing machine ! Should have got one of these years ago. It does exactly what it says it does on the box. We have a dog and with all that goes with it, the place has never looked so clean or smelt so good either, absolutely brilliant ! Happy with the price too and worth every penny. I can’t recommend this product enough !

Fantastic purchase
I have had this for a week and without a doubt the best vacuum cleaner I have ever owned at 77yrs. The packaging was impressive to start with good quality paper wrappers. The machine is beautifully made with quality pieces. The sunction is amazing and goes up and down as stated when ever dirt or surface changes. So easy to empty, so lightweight, 2 batteries 1 to use 1 to charge. Extra nozzels are superb quality and work well. Easy for me to manoevre and does not take up much space storing. Over the moon with my purchase.

Not worth the money
I bought this Hoover based on the good reviews, mainly to use on my wooden floors with four children and a French Bulldog. It started off great, and I love that it comes with two batteries. Unfortunately, by the second day it was already blocked, which is really disappointing. Not what I expected from a Hoover this price with such good reviews.

Crap battery’s
Got this hoover Nov last year and it’s drove me mad since, have a dog so the powerful setting is amazing however the battery time, there is no way there that’s an hours run time, live in a large 5 bed I have to choose if I want to do upstairs or down stairs and that’s just hoovering, just finishing it not even doing edges etc before the thing dies, I’m on here now as I’ve had enough and need another battery but feel I need to get two! The eco setting is just not powerful enough even on our hard floor! Thats a waste of time Need to sort battery life out on this!!!

The StratosPro is a bagless vacuum. Instead of bags, it uses a dust cup with a 0.7L capacity that you simply empty when full.
To move your Stratos Anti Hair Wrap Plus Pet Pro from the upright position into cleaning mode, place your foot on the floor nozzle and gently tilt the handheld unit back. This will engage the brushrolls and allow the vacuum to begin cleaning. If you need to clean under furniture or reach lower areas, press the unlock latch located on the back of the wand and adjust it to a lower angle for easier access.
The total weight of the IZ400UKT vacuum, including the floor nozzle, is 2.16kg when ready for use. The stated weight does not refer to the entire contents of the box, but specifically to the vacuum itself with one battery fitted and ready to operate.

You just push a button and use the hoover, it’s also extremely lightweight (surprisingly) so if you’re like me and struggle with your hands, both features are excellent.

To change the battery on the Shark Stratos Pro Anti Hair Wrap Pet Cordless Vacuum Cleaner, follow these steps:
First, detach the vacuum cleaner from the charging dock or power source. Locate the battery compartment (usually near the handle or base). Press the release button or slide the latch to remove the battery pack.
Take the replacement battery pack and align it with the contacts inside the compartment. Push it in until it clicks securely into place.
Once the new battery is in place, turn on the vacuum and check if it’s working properly.
