Fab hoover!
Good sized brush head. Love how the auto dirt detect rises and falls so you can be sure going it as clean as possible. Like how it separates the fine particle dust from the larger bits in the dust bin. Run time on battery enough to do my rooms in the house on single charge. Folds down so great for small storage spaces. all round a fab machine and great price as was on sale too. !!

Outstanding Performance
I bought this product and from the first day i fell in love with it. As compared to my old vacuum, the suction was outstanding, the IQ function blew my mind and when your vacuum cleaner is able to indicate to you when an area is clean should tell you a lot. The level of flexiblitiy releases a lot of stress and fatigue on the wrist and the wide base makes vacuuming less tiring and finishes in less time. This is a great product so far. My only issue with it is it struggles to stand on its own even without the battery pack. But that to me i can easily overlook.

Good suction but too many impracticalities
The cleaning ability and suction of this product is good, however i have some reservations on the practicalities and am looking at returning. Firstly is came with no detail dusting attachment like my old hoover and so i had to buy this as an add on as i use it all the time. Appreciating that this is a stick hoover, on using i quickly noticed that there is nowhere on the hoover to store any of the attachments. If only i could clip on the detail hose that would be helpful, so you have to carry all the attachments you need along with you (I guess this is why a bag is supplied - but who hoovers with a tote bag on their shoulder? I was all for the cordless approach as this does make it quick and easy to grab and clear things up and as the suction of new hoovers these days is such that if you run over your cord it the suction will strip it right back in seconds, so i was keen to try this. However, this item is top heavy with the collection bin and battery all being at the top of the stick, it is also weighty on the hand and wrist, therefore i do not recommend this product for a person with weak wrists or low strength. The collection bin whilst marked as allergy friendly, when you empty this the dust puffs everywhere, all over the bin area and to such extend the hoover parts end up coated in dust which then has to be cleaned off. Whilst the product comes with two batteries, each really doesn't last long enough, if you want to use high power the battery is drained within 10 minutes, on isense mode cleaning again its just nowhere near long enough to get around the house. Overall i have been disappointed with the product thus far and whilst cleaning ability was good, there are just too many annoying impracticalities. I am considering return options and will likely go back to corded.

Disappointed
Had this product for about 2 months and the motor has already started making a high pitched sound like it is breaking. Very disappointing considering the amount of money we spent on this.

You just push a button and use the hoover, it’s also extremely lightweight (surprisingly) so if you’re like me and struggle with your hands, both features are excellent.

To change the battery on the Shark Stratos Pro Anti Hair Wrap Pet Cordless Vacuum Cleaner, follow these steps:
First, detach the vacuum cleaner from the charging dock or power source. Locate the battery compartment (usually near the handle or base). Press the release button or slide the latch to remove the battery pack.
Take the replacement battery pack and align it with the contacts inside the compartment. Push it in until it clicks securely into place.
Once the new battery is in place, turn on the vacuum and check if it’s working properly.

The width is 25.8cm. Which is with the width of the floor cleaning sweeper.
The depth is 24.5cm, from the front of the sweeper to the back including the battery.

The Stratos Pro Anti Hair Wrap Pet Cordless Vacuum Cleaner has a running time of 120 minutes whereas the IZ400UKT model has a 60 minute running time. The Stratos Pro Anti Hair Wrap Pet Cordless Vacuum Cleaner also has 4 attachments whereas the IZ400UKT model has 3.

The power supply for recharging can be plugged into the side of the battery while the battery is still attached to the vacuum cleaner. There is a small round hole on the side of the battery.
This is an alternative to using the double charger socket for two batteries. To use that the battery needs to be detached from the vacuum in order to be placed in the charger socket.
