So comfortable
I bought this item because I’ve been experiencing a lot of pain in my tail bone due to sitting at a desk for work. It is incredibly comfortable! I didn’t anticipate how nice the cooling gel would be as well. 10/10!

I live with a warm lumber disc osteoporosis osteoarthritis lots of backaches, this has not helped with pain sorry to say as it was so expensive

Fantastic support for lower spine
This is absolutely the best cushion for the lower spinal problems, don’t bother with cheap foam, very highly recommended

Good buy
Was very sceptical about this when I received it. I have since used this and as I have to sit majority of the day due to the nature of my work this has actually helped. I suffer from back pain and in my honest opinion it has helped improve my back pain which I feel is caused from me sitting all day

Cool cushion!
I found this seat cushion very comfortable, the ergonomic shape and foam mould as you sit down. The cool technology means that when sitting down for longer periods you don’t get too hot, this will be a life saver in the summer! My only qualm is that the depth of the cushion isn’t very big, therefore although it was comfort for me, my husband found it uncomfortable as he didn’t have the support on the back of his legs as I did. Overall though I would recommend

Comfort and a form of pain relief!
I have tried a few ergonomic cushions like this but they've never felt like this one. This is a soft cushion that doesn't overheat and it is very comfortable! It has a removable cover for easy washing and also has an anti slip feature. I have used it in many places; the car, the dining table and even on the floor! I would highly recommend this product as it's added comfort for everyone and has even reduced my pelvic pain from sitting on uncomfortable chairs for long periods of time.

Comfort is always key!
Having suffered with lower back pain when sitting for prolonged periods since having a spinal block, this gel seat cushion has been a bit of a saviour for me! I work from home majority of the time and was always finding myself getting uncomfortable after a couple of hours in my desk chair, but can honestly say since I’ve had this gel cushion I am not experiencing the pain any longer. The seat is a little weighty if you were to carry it around with you daily to and from an office, but not too heavy. It also comes with a handle for easy transportation. It fits in my desk chair so is a universal size which should fit majority of office type chairs. It has a memory foam/gel cushion feeling which does have a cooling effect when you are sat on the chair. This would be particularly nice on a hot day! The cushion cover is removable and machine washable. Overall if you are looking for a seat cushion to add an extra bit of comfort to your day when sitting for long periods, then this is the product for you.

Great comfortable support, the cushion is really soft and is very comfortable. The padding is very flexible and easily fits onto an office chair, the cool gel is a great touch to the product and is super soft

Kensington cool gel seat cushion
I absolutely love it. I have a few back problems including an extra coccyx bone so sitting on most chairs gives me incredible pain. Iv been using this cushion a while now and it’s stopped my pain 99%, it has a non slip backing to stays put on your chair, has a unique u shape cut out to help reduce coccyx pressure, also has internet cooling gel, and a carry handle, the cover is also machine washable,

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Kensington Ergo Cool Gel Seat Cushion: the cool gel seat cushion is suitable for a 90kg person. With any weight applied to the cushion it will sink (just like any other cushion) however the level of comfort is very subjective so I cannot comment on how comfortable this specific end user will feel.
We have not received any reports of end users finding the cushion uncomfortable due to the amount of weight applied, so I would expect the end user in this case to be satisfied.
