Good workout bench
For the money, this is hard to beat. Easily adjustable, flexible to different styles of training and robust. On top of that, it folds away quickly and easily if you only have limited space available. This ALSO means that it comes folded in the bix and you have NO assembly to do before you can get on with using it. Very pleased.

To lock the leg developer in place for sit-ups on your Pro Fitness Adjustable Foldable Weight Bench, follow these steps:
Ensure the Bench Cable is connected to the rear Weight Stack cable.
Lower the Weight Stack selector setting to the lowest setting while setting up the Leg Developer.
Attach the Bench Leg Cable to the receiver using the shorter metal catch on the legs under the rollers on the leg developer.
View and adjust the leg roller to the top position.
Lock the leg developer in place to prevent it from sliding during sit-ups.
These steps will help you safely and effectively use the leg developer attachment for sit-ups on your Pro Fitness Adjustable Foldable Weight Bench. Always prioritize safety and proper technique when using fitness equipment.
