Bought this a month ago used it around 10 times. 14 and half stone, 6ft male, use around 60kg weight with it for reference/context. Very easy to assemble and adjust. Not much to add just great value

A good bench, feels stable and good for various exercises including bench press and overhead press. Adjusting the incline takes a few seconds as it's a screw handle as opposed to a pin. Overall good for the price, delivered on time and a nice addition to my home gym set up.
