Privacy Screen that Works

Excellent screen privacy from side view angles. This was really easy to install, it comes with adhesive strip magnet that sticks along the top of your laptop so the privacy screen can be easily added or removed. As an additional bonus, I find the privacy screen reduces glare. I work in an area with an over head light and the screen is helpful in reducing the reflection on my screen.

Fits the 14inche screen perfectly and give privacy adequately i particularly like how easy it is ro fit onto tbe screen it came in a very secure box that protected it even from accidental drops so all in a a good product.

Kensington magpro laptop screen protector is durable and strong. It is good to keep your eyes protected from harm and protects the laptop from being damaged easily. The size of the screen protector is suitable laptop usage. The screen is clear to use.

Easy lightweight privacy for your laptop

The MagPro is a simple and easy to fit privacy filter. In the pack are magnets that stick to the bezel of your screen. The filter is fitted with magnets that then attach to these. The filter is easily removed and the magnets are strong enough to hold it on when in use. The filter makes reading the screen over the users shoulder fairly hard and virtually impossible if standing side on to the screen. The filter also reduces glare on the screen for the user. I did find the filter built up finger marks quite quickly, but a dry cloth is included to wipe these off. Extra magnets are included so you can stick the screen to your laptop lid when not in use. Does what it's supposed to but I do wonder if it would get damaged with longer term use, as it is just a sheet of plastic after all.

Perfect for keeping prying eyes off your work. Makes the screen go a bit dark but it’s still clear to see except if your looking at it sideways that’s when it does its job perfectly and blocks others from viewing the screen.

Flimsy but surprisingly effective

The Magnetic Privacy Screen for my laptop is a mixed bag of pros and cons. Firstly, let's address the elephant in the room – the flimsiness. Upon receiving the screen, I was a bit disappointed by its flimsy build. It felt rather delicate, and I was concerned about its durability. However, I found that despite its seemingly fragile construction, it actually did the job remarkably well.   The screen came with a cleaning cloth and magnets, allowing me to attach them myself wherever they fit best on the screen. This was a pleasant surprise as it ensured a snug fit tailored to my laptop's dimensions. Installation was straightforward, and I appreciated the flexibility it offered. In terms of performance, I must say I was impressed. The privacy screen effectively obscured the contents of my display from prying eyes unless they were directly in front of it. This was particularly handy in crowded spaces or during meetings when privacy was paramount. Moreover, removing the screen was a breeze whenever I needed to share my screen with others. Despite its initial flimsiness, the Magnetic Privacy Screen for laptops proved to be a worthwhile investment. Its effectiveness in concealing screen contents from unwanted eyes, coupled with the customisation option and ease of use, outweighed its minor drawbacks. If you're in need of a privacy solution for your laptop and don't mind a slightly delicate build, this product is definitely worth considering.

Fantastic for anyone who is lifh sensative

9 year old son used on laptop he is light sensative and has to use glasses with colour tints in this ment he could take his glasses of while doing his school project not having 2 stop becaise his glasses was annoying him so simple to put would deff recommend to everyone

Very effective

This privacy screen works really well and is great for protecting confidential information in any public space, such as on a train. It gives you a perfectly clear vision of the screen from the front, but is limited to a 30 degree viewing angle, so blocks it out to anyone looking from the side. It also reduces eye strain, which is a great feature. It is extremely easy to apply and remove, using the magnetic strips provided. There are spare magnets so you can attach it to the back of the laptop screen if you want to remove it for a short time, to save putting it away. There is a plastic storage envelope to keep it clean. The enclosed information was a bit lacking, but I found further information online, including the fact that it is reversible; the matte side reduces glare and fingerprints, whilst the glossy side gives a clearer view of the screen. I think the difference is only very slight, as I find that both sides give a good, clear vision of the screen. It is touch screen compatible, and scratch resistant. A very useful product, that I highly recommend.
