Looks good and cooks well if set correctly
Does the job. The favourites feature is really useful. Had a few problems with the heat settings of the microwave as the Boost is really strong and we burnt a wheat bag. Now we've got used to the settings it's working really well. Grills nicely.

Fabulous
The door is the winner for me due to my height, it makes such a difference hiding away out of your reaching area. The oven is also easy to use and very i formative at every step on the touch screen panel.

Excellent product
This was fitted by our kitchen designer and I was very wary of getting a combined oven with microwave as a couple of my friends said they were very complicated. However, I really haven't found it tricky at all. Reading the instruction booklet, it certainly sounds complicated but, if you read the instructions carefully, whilst at the same time doing the actual functions, it's really quite straight forward. It is also a very good size for a second oven. The only thing I'm not 100% happy about is that it is totally digital, no knobs at all, consequently I am always having to wipe fingermarks off it. Other than that I think it's great.

I bought this to replace an existing Neff. The control panel is difficult to get to grips with even the Neff engineer could not make it work

Still a learning curve
I've only been using this oven for a few days as a microwave so far. Still finding the controls a bit fiddly and I haven't worked out how to use the defrost function, however I'm hoping it'll all slot into place. Otherwise very happy with oven.

The second time we used the microwave we got an error message and we are now waiting for an engineer to visit. Apart from this set up was easy and the app works well

The Neff C24MR21N0B 900W Built In Combination Microwave has a 1.5m cable and plug so does not need hardwiring but a suitable socket is required at the back of the appliance.
