measurements misleading. Not fit for post surgery
My Mum was going into hospital for major surgery, I had bought a new v neck pillow from somewhere else which was too small so I decided to buy this one from Argos at the expensive cost of £48 and collected on my way to the hospital. Upon given the package I thought it was much smaller than anticipated but perhaps thought it was folded up inside. I am disgusted at the misleading measurements, please do not waste your money if buying this for anyone needing robust support after surgery, it will not be good enough support and you will need extra pillows for support, shame on silent night !!!

Excellent! Very supportive
I bought this for my friend who was poorly. She said it is very good and would highly recommend it. It is very supportive.

Horrible pillow
This pillow was found to be very uncomfortable. Although the sides were satisfactory the head rest part was hard, bulky and very uncomfortable and therefore unsuitable and completely unsuitable. As such it was tried once and discarded. It was, therefore, an expensive waste of money. No pillowcase was included and it was impossible to purchase one to fit as it is a unique shape.

Perfect
Bought this to give my partner relief from pics snd needles due to a trapped nerve in his shoulder. Previously tried a softer pillow but it would lose shape quickly This stays in position and doesn't need readjusted every morning.

Very Small and Lumpy
The description said size 130cm x 40cm. As it is essentially a half square shape, I took this to mean each arm of the V was 130cm. It is not. In fact 130cm refers to no single dimension. It's size when measured was 78cm x 30cm, 78cm being from outside centre to end of "arm" and 30cm from side to side of arm. I do not know if mine was a faulty product or if that supposed to be that size. It was also incredibly lumpy and hard. Very uncomfortable to lean back on. I have another shredded memory foam pillow and this is nothing like it. You can feel boxy large lumps inside it if you squeeze it. It was £36.00 on sale and a huge waste of money. I returned it and complained that it did not meet the description that influenced It's purchase. The first store refused to accept it because "It's been opened". It had no size written on the packaging so unable to tell it's size until opened. The assistant just would not accept my "unfit for purpose" argument. Fortunately, the second one I tried agreed with me and refunded my money.
