This GPS smartwatch tracks your outdoor pursuits with multi-GNSS support, a 3-axis compass, and barometric altimeter, giving you accurate location data for trail running, cycling or hiking. The 22mm Memory-in-pixel touchscreen stays readable in bright sunlight, and it's engineered to MIL-STD-810 for serious thermal and shock resistance. It's 10 ATM water-rated, making it swimproof and ready for whatever conditions you face.
Monitor your health with wrist-based heart rate, advanced sleep tracking, Pulse Ox, and step counting for a clear wellness picture. No connection
This was a gift for my husband, it was returned after a few days as it would not connect to his phone after a Garmen update. Reading info about this watch, this is a common error. Looks good, feels like good quality just dosent connect!

Great Upgrade to my old Garmin
Wow this watch is perfect for me. Female small wrists. Excellent battery life. Quick to get GPS signal. Only thing is I find it hard to read some of the data screens as font is small, but I guess that's the trade off for a smaller watch! Overall im very pleased. I use it for running and walking but it records much more.

Love Garmin
This was a gift for my daughter bought to replace a Garmin Instinct solar. My daughter loves the colour and says it is even more accurate than the one it replaced. Lots of features which are easy to install as well as lots of activities you can add.

Better than an Apple Watch
I bought this watch as I wanted something with a decent battery life. My previous Apple Watch would die mid way through a run and would need charging every night. This one lasts at least 5 days. My only criticism is that the charging cable doesn’t come with a plug and the end is a USB-C. If you are serious about monitoring your health and exercise get one!

I am delighted with my Garmin instinct E watch. It does everything that anyone can expect and hope for. It's quite rugged and beautiful. Long lasting battery and lot's of other features make it the perfect watch.
