I am extremely happy with my purchase of this McGregor grass trimmer. It's excellent features are. 1) It is easy to set up. 2) Battery charging time is good. 3) It handles very well and is very light to manouvre. 4) Battery life is about 1 hour. 5) It is very effective at trimming grass and weeds. 6) The cutting wire is very robust and I have not needed to extend it yet. 7) Very competitive purchase price. If I could give this machine more than five stars I would. I have purchased other grass trimmers in the past and they have not performed as well as this one. I use it on my allotment and it does a great job. You will not be disappointed if you buy the McGregor grass trimmer.

The Grass Trimmer just uses 1 of the same type battery.
The charger is the same for both items so yes.
