Just what you need!
I was going on holiday and wanted to take an american football with me for the beaches, to throw and play with family, to be honest I was surprised at how expensive they were from general sports shops, amazon and even ebay but, Argos to the rescue, with an extremely fair price, collection on the same day and packaged safely. I had no problems at all and it was perfect, no faults, thank you

This treadmill has an incline/decline button. The instructions do not mention oiling the machine at all, but it should be done every 3 months or every 130 miles of use, whichever comes first.
