I love how the phone screen is bright enough that I can see the screen clearly in the sun, the battery is also very good

Really pleased so far

Upgraded from a S21 which gave good service but battery life was now questionable so far the battery life seems OK on the S25, appreciate the smoothness of part exchanging the old phone with Samsung, love the compact size of the s25 plus the display is really sharp, copying over all my apps was relatively pain free except having to input all the passwords as I'm used to using biometrics but understand the need for security reasons, overall really pleased with my upgrade

Great features

I just change from an galaxy s8 to galaxy s25. Well, let's say I'm happy with it. It's much faster and with so much helpful technology. And, of course it's a new phone, but the battery last much longer than my poor old phone. Camera is better as well and the connectivity is perfect.

Wishing I'd never bothered

Absolutely shockingly bad service. 2nd phone I've had. 1st had to be sent back due to "technical issues". Fine. Only problem, no one communicated and I was threatened with debt collectors for a phone that I'd sent back, but no one had marked as received. Now on my 2nd phone. Had it for a few weeks now. Still not connected to the network - another "technical issue" no doubt - and I am still awaiting a replacement sim card which should have been sent out to try and resolve the issue. Absolutely poor service from a company you'd expect so much better from. Wishing I'd never bothered.

Phone is good camra not to bad but my main thing is making phone to wide and there no option to custmize make own maybe u should be first company to let custmers have choice to build phone as they want specialy how big how wide i love samsung but keep making wider and with my artirtus and operation on my hands dont think be able to buy any more of these or though want to and prfer old camra edit cus was able to move like people or grass on to pictures with this new camra edit not able to do that now so samsung boss or manger please please can u look at either making phone smaller in width or at least option to custmise own i have s25 now and i struggle now bit to hold and tex this phone as it is so if u have special email i could contact u on to get phone made would be gratful i know im no superstar but would be gratful the colour good on phone u get some nice colours aswell think battrie could be longer though perfomance good though so if u could leave ur email.samsung so i can contact right person cus ive mention few times bout this but still making bigger regards marie

The S25 is Brilliant

It is so much easier to handle than my A52. It is so light by comparison. Fast performance thanks to snapdragon. Clean minimal look of the software. And the camera us great on those days when the sun isn't out.

Really good, great camera, sounds awesome and performs very well Only thing that isn't perfect is the ai voice assistant bixby, says "sorry i didn't understand that" half the time i talk to it no matter how much i do the voice recognition thing Otherwise great! I love it !!
