Purchased for my father he is managing to use it so I would say it is easy to use. It does what it is supposed to. A great feature is the ceramic lining which is easy to clean and prevents rusting of the inside of the microwave

Loud rattling noise..stiff opening catch…blew my socket..took it back and got a Samsung ..which is miles better..just to cap it off I didn’t get my nectar points either..come on Argos get a grip!!

Too complicated
The controls on this microwave were over complicated. With this you have to press buttons repeatedly to change the settings. Why must they have so many functions? What's wrong with letting you select a simple heat option and a time? It takes so long to get the correct heat and time you may as well use the oven! Not for me.
