Loud rattling noise..stiff opening catch…blew my socket..took it back and got a Samsung ..which is miles better..just to cap it off I didn’t get my nectar points either..come on Argos get a grip!!

Too complicated
The controls on this microwave were over complicated. With this you have to press buttons repeatedly to change the settings. Why must they have so many functions? What's wrong with letting you select a simple heat option and a time? It takes so long to get the correct heat and time you may as well use the oven! Not for me.

Nice compact size poor performance!
Ideal size microwave to go on a worktop that is small front to back. A good looking unit but it has severe drawbacks. Firstly the touch sensitive buttons are not always responsive & involve repeated firm pushes too often for overlooking. Secondly no light which is ridiculous. Sometimes it can be very important to see what is happening inside e.g. heating milk. Thirdly, but most annoyingly it says it is 800W on full power but it takes 35% longer than the other DeLonghi 800W microwave that I use!! So just simple reheating of a meal instead of 2 minutes turns into 3 minutes! ! Star - AVOID!!

Perfect! Just want we needed

The Smart Tab opening mechanism means I can open the door one handed effortlessly. The cooking functions including defrost are perfect for getting the batch cook dinner ready. It does everything I need to make life easier and it looks great with its sleek design.

Good looking product
The microwave is larger than I expected. The functions could do with a few useful icons to determine the functions of the buttons. E.g there are a number of cooking levels, but you have to refer to the manual to understand what each level does. To.increase the cooking time whilst cooking is in progress didn't seem possible by pressing the normal button for setting the time in the first place. Good safety feature, that you need to open and close door before starting cooking, so that you don't accidentally cook when nothing in microwave
