NOT FOR UK MARKET
On opening the package of the item which I’d bought as it met all my needs I found the plug for the appliance was NOT for the UK market but US market. Staff at the shop were professional & courteous. However nobody would answer my queries as to how this had happened - whether I phoned or sent email. I think it’s appalling customer service. I have since noticed that item is missing from the catalogue but no sign of an apology or explanation. Fortunately my son is an electrician and vetoed the use. Other customers may not have been so lucky. Results could be disastrous.

Great features.
I cooked a casserole straight away and got great results. The ability to saute ingredients in the bowl is a great advantage. This model has really brought slow cooking up-to-date! Batch cooking is so easy now with the advantage of the large capacity. This slow cooker does what it says on the tin!
